4:30 PM-panel featuring Poopa Dweck, Stella Cohen and Lior Lev Sercarz, speaking about different aspects of Sephardic food. Moderator: Ari Ariel.

6:00 PM-A free kosher reception featuring Sephardic food begins at 6 PM.

7:00 PM-Keynote address by Lucette Lagnado.
